It usually includes: washing windows, doors, wall tiles and painted surfaces. Dry cleaning of upholstered furniture, flooring, and various interior items can be carried out.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and equipment?
How much does it cost to clean my home?
We can work with both our own inventory and the client’s consumables. We prefer to clean with our own cleaning products, since the cleaners working for us know how to handle them and how to select them for the type of surface. If the client wants to use only their own chemicals, we ask for instructions on how to work with them and are not responsible for the result.
Who are your employees who will come to clean my office?
Our employees are mostly women around 45 years old. They have been checked by the security service, trained, so they can cope with any tasks within the framework of the cleaning services we provide.
How do you guarantee the quality of cleaning?
The work of cleaners is primarily controlled by our managers. They monitor the quality of cleaning, the time spent on it. If the client is dissatisfied with the level of services provided, he can tell the cleaner about it, and he will redo the work.
What is included in a general office cleaning?
General office cleaning involves a team of cleaners with professional equipment and a large amount of inventory. Floors, horizontal and vertical surfaces (inside and outside), furniture fittings are washed, walls and far corners, heating radiators are dusted. Skirting boards, tile joints are cleaned, floors are dry-cleaned (if necessary).
Can you wash the windows in the office?
Yes, window washing is an additional service that is provided for a separate fee. But there are business centers whose owners prohibit washing them from the outside, in this case we only wash from the inside. At the same time, we have our own industrial climbers who can wash windows from the outside as well.
Do you dry clean carpet and office furniture?
Yes. This is an additional service. We recommend dry cleaning once a quarter, especially if we are talking about open-type offices, i.e. those that receive a large number of clients. The service is provided at any time (morning, afternoon, evening). The carpet and furniture can be used immediately after dry cleaning.
Is it possible to clean in the morning/evening?
Yes. We can arrive before the office starts working hours or after it closes. This will affect the price, as it is more difficult for the cleaner to get to the site at too early or too late hours.
How much does it cost to clean my office and what does the price depend on?
The price of office cleaning is from 1000 UAH (2-3 cleanings per month). It depends on the time and volume of work, labor costs, the need for additional services (window washing, dry cleaning, etc.).
Do you sign the contract?
Yes, we can sign a contract with the client. The minimum contract term is 3 months. We can also work under a public offer agreement.
Is it possible to make a payment from a legal entity to a bank account?
Yes, it is valid upon signing the contract. As a rule, at the end of each month, the client transfers payment for the month worked according to the invoice issued.
Do you offer discounts on regular cleaning for my employees?
Yes, we offer a 15% discount on all cleaning services except those provided by subscription.
